Can I request special tasks or extras?
Yes, just let us know before we get there. We are happy to take on your extra tasks like cleaning your baseboards or cleaning inside your oven. Contacting us in advance makes it so we can reserve enough time to get your job done right.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products & equipment?
Yes, we bring everything we need to clean your home and windows. Want us to use your products? No problem. But really, there is no need to worry about anything. We have everything we need clean your house and windows.
What are your forms of payment?
Cash, check, Venmo (a mobile app payment service owned by Paypal).
Do you use pet-friendly floor cleaner?
Yes, we use floor cleaners that are safe for your pets.
Can my pets be in the house while you are cleaning?
Yes! We often clean with pets in the home. Just tell us your pets will be in the house when we clean and we will make sure they stay safe as we move in and out of your home. We know your pets are family, it’s important to us that they stay safe.
